Day 3 of Bali

On Day 3, we woke up at about 9am to get ourselves ready. Both of us absolutely adore our lodging minus the wi-fi system and the appearance of lizards. But at least it help us eat up all the mosquitoes? ( Thats what my crappy friend told me!) Haha

Anyway, the staff prepared a customised breakfast for us. Yeap, we were asked to choose of what we wanted the previous day.

My hearty American breakfast: Scrambled egg with potato, orange juice, mango yogurt, cereal with milk, croissants, hot chocolate and fruits. Do they seriously think I could finish all those? Its simply insane!

After which, we checked out of the room and headed over to Kuta as promised of the sales guy to pay the event a visit (girls on surfing).

The beach looks bare here. But trust me, its seriously crowded, full of Caucasians and not forgetting peddlers who are lurking about targeting on us- tourists. We bought 2 mats for RP 80,000 and I misplaced it. Lol!

Sadly, i didnt really get the tan that I wanted. I wanted to tan myself but I'm afraid of getting sun burnt. In the end, I only got for myself a minimal tan shade. Haha, won't be oblivious unless you really observe my skin.
After sun-bathing, we headed over to Kuta street for shopping. I could save myself with quite a sum of money if I wasn't 'conned' by the peddlers when I was packing to leave the beach.

Do those accessories look like they cost SGD $90? I'd been conned definitely, too gullible I would say. But those ladies seem poor thing. Gawd! I definitely need someone who are good in maths beside me to advise on the cost. Rupiah is too big a currency to convert. Turquoise bracelet and band for my sis. And male accessories for whoever I happened to meet up with. Haha.

Above clothing were bought along Kuta street as well. Orange dress for mum, singlet for S and bro.

My buy at Seminyak street. Theres really lots of nice boutiques located over there but could be pretty pricey too!

After which, we went for cheap classic manicure and pedicure. They only cost SGD $12.50 for both. And my manicurist actually slit my finger. I sweared it was really painful. Its better to have nails done by professionals i guess? O, and guess what? Both of them are 22 years old and have kids? Totally can't imagine myself in their shoes, I'm turning 22 soon too urh!

And yea, thats our second meal of the day. We didn't have enough time to drop by for lunch as we were busy shopping!
When we get our nails all done, we realised that we had to rush to the airport. Thus, we picked up our baggage from our villa and headed straight to the airport. I had problem checking in and I'm not gonna elaborate on it. I'm so pissed off by it where I actually argued with the officer! Hahaha, okay not exactly argued but reasoned!

And adding to new collection. Something I could share with others.

Overall, Bali is a pretty nice place to let your hair down. The people there are friendly just that you have to be on guard and not let them to take advantage on you for some. I changed for myself about close to SGD $400 and I finished using everything. I'm just superb (:
