Booked out!
Had TungLok Seafood lunch buffet at Orchard Central earlier on. Nearly all the dishes taste really great! From appetiser, rice/noodles, delicacies, dim sum and deserts (: However be prepared to finish it fast. The last order of the buffet is 2pm ( the buffet starts at 1130 btw!). But you have all the time till 3pm to finish it! No hurry! I definitely recommend the ice cream puff and carrot cake!
