1st- When we lie on bed, it usually takes 5-10 minutes for us to doze off. ( That doesnt appear in my case, i usually take at least half an hour to doze off unless i'm super tired!)
2nd- This is where we are most likely to be disrupted in our sleep. This is actually known as the semi-asleep stage.
3rd and 4th- This is where we fell in deep sleep. That is so true from the accounts of my friends and my sister (:
5th- This is the stage where we started to dream and fantasied.
When we woke up next morning, we might forget about what we dreamt but sometimes Deja Vu will occur and it might seems so surreal to us. How cool is that. And do you know that, everyone of us gone through this 5 stages 5 times every nights which means we needed a sleep of at least 7 and a half hour. I was really surprised when i saw that! I didnt realised that at all!
