"Say something, I'm giving up on you,
And I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you,
And anywhere, I would have followed you,
Say something, I'm giving up on you"

Valentines' Day gift idea

In a couple of days it would be Valentines' day. Seems to me that Friday night would be crazily packed with lovers especially in town, holding bears, flowers etc. Well for me, I choose to cope at home. Anyway, Valentines' Day isn't just for couples to commemorate their loves. We could also share our loves to some of our friends for which we adore.

Here, I prepared Red Velvet cookies stuffed with cream cheese frosting for a few of my friends:

All ready to be sent out

And I always thought its nice to prepare a handmade card for your love one should you be have someone special in mind too:

This card was made last year

Spend quite a few days on this card. I made this from scratch into a mini scrapbook album but I shan't paste the finishing product here. Shall let it be unveil by the receiver

In my opinion, a handmade card reflects of the love of the gifter as one would need a rather fair bits of time and effort to gather the materials. Further, its practical in the sense that it could be kept for years and show of your love for them. Of course, it depends on your receiver too! The right person would be able to feel your effort and love. And the wrong one would chuck it away by scanning it through once and that is it! He/she may even threw it away. But I hope that wouldn't be the case for my receiver. Beside making a handmade card, accompanying a gift for your love one for which he/she desire or is lacking of would be more round off too, but that's just my personal thoughts. So, an advance Happy Valentines', my friends!

S.E.A Aquarium

I know I am a laggard, its been a year since the opening of the aquarium and its only till a couple of days back I made my way there. Okay, thats half the truth. I was planning to save the visit with someone as we had a pact to visit to the aquarium. So yea, it didn't happened.

Anyway, the car park fees are pricy! A three hours stay in RWS cost us $12. O, and the ticket to the aquarium after UOB credit card discount cost us $32.50 each (initial price is $38). And they do have student price for the tickets too! But I forgotten to bring along my student card.

Here, the entrance of the aquarium:

Slowing proceeding:

Adorable dolphin, during primary school whenever someone ask me whats my favorite animal, without hesitation, I would say the dolphin. Guess it was due to the close up pink dolphin experience which I had when I was in primary school

It was quite an experience. Almost every photo turns out great (in my opinion). Loving the tranquility of the water though I can't swim. But yea, one local tourist visit down for me.

"I keep forgetting I should let you go,
But when you look at me, the only memory is us, kissing in the moonlight"
